Description

Liquid nitrogen flash-frozen galaxy-patterned ice cream. 3-color swirls recreate spiral galaxies.

Ingredients

  • Berry Base 200ml
  • Vanilla Base 200ml
  • Caramel Base 200ml
  • Liquid Nitrogen as needed
  • Edible Stardust to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare three color bases separately.

    Pour all three into bowl simultaneously and lightly swirl.

  3. 3

    Pour liquid nitrogen while stirring for flash freeze.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle edible stardust and serve.

This is the most beautiful ice cream I have ever seen! The galaxy swirl pattern was stunning. Using liquid nitrogen made it incredibly smooth. Kids went crazy for it!
